Primary Purpose:

Commercialize the footwear line to match Company’s Quality standards, design aesthetic intends, following BOM.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in commercialization to:

• Ensure the product is commercialized accordingly, following BOM.
• Ensure aesthetic product consistency.
• Ensure commercialization is done according to the PDT timelines. Keep track of all commercialization events, updating reports accordingly.
• Manage sample schedule and priorities.
• Review, provide comment and approve commercialization samples.
• Review CS samples with PD and Engineer to assure aesthetic product consistency.
• Keep all commercialization documentation up to date.
• Manage the sharing of information cross-functionally and externally with Service Providers.
• Monitor all necessary reports and Company’s systems on a timely basis.
• Build up some system guideline, working practice, data analysis for on-site PD team

An outstanding professional will have:

• Min of 5 years of working experience in commercialization in fashion shoes.
• Good Computer Skills
• Strong communication skills in written and oral English.
