Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor non-conforming products and abnormal lots; coordinate with Production, Engineering, and QA to resolve issues
• Develop and improve quality control plans, work instructions, and internal quality standards
• Apply quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, 5 Whys, and problem-solving to improve process capability and yield
• Lead and follow up corrective actions (CAR), quality improvement projects, and process audits
• Support customer complaints investigation and quality troubleshooting activities
• Prepare and deliver regular quality reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Participate in internal, customer, and ISO audits
• Provide interpretation support for meetings, shopfloor discussions, and quality problem-solving sessions
• Translate quality documents, training materials, and technical instructions
• Act as a communication bridge between local teams and Chinese engineers/experts

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in Quality, Process, Production, or Engineering support
• Chinese proficiency at intermediate to advanced level (listening & speaking required)
• English proficiency at intermediate to advanced level
• Ability to interpret basic technical terminology, quality documents, and work instructions
• Knowledge of quality systems and tools such as ISO 9001, FMEA, SPC is an advantage
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic translation tools
• Able to work under pressure with high attention to detail
